Karim Lokas lives in Waxhaw, NC, with his wife and two children. A first-generation American, Karim was born in Cairo, Egypt, and raised in Sudan. He came to the U.S. to study engineering, earning a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Biomedical Engineering. Over the past 20 years, Karim has built a successful career in the software industry, with executive roles in product strategy, marketing, and R&D at Camstar Systems and Siemens. Known as a thought leader, he has spoken at numerous industry events and has been published in outlets like MX and Medical Device Link.

In 2021, Karim co-founded Real Property Management Experts in Charlotte with his sister-in-law, Dolly Wakim. Since then, RPM Experts has grown rapidly, helping clients build generational wealth and passive income through rental real estate while providing quality homes for residents.

Today, Karim invests his time in his family, church ministry, leading RPM Experts, and advising software startups.

Dolly is a devoted wife and mother of three, with a rich professional background and a passion for excellence. Originally from Lebanon, she spent over 21 years managing physical therapy offices alongside her husband, where her organizational expertise and dedication to patient care set a high standard.

In 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Dolly and her family made the life-changing decision to immigrate to the United States. Embracing this new chapter, she co-founded RPM Experts with her brother-in-law, Karim, combining her entrepreneurial spirit and her love for helping others helped create a thriving property management business.

Dolly’s journey reflects her deep commitment to family, resilience, and belief in building strong connections. When she’s not managing properties, she enjoys fishing, spending quality time with loved ones, and creating meaningful experiences for her clients.
